This has been our favorite place for grabbing our lunch sandwich before heading to the Yellowstone park for the day. Lots of choice with quality products. These guys definitely know how to make good food… and I’m not saying that because I’m French myself! 😉 They’ve got a great “build your own sandwich” option, a choice of lunch boxes, and yummy paninis with a genuine Italian taste. And you should definitely try the French bakery products!

American breakfast…with a touch of France!
We stayed at West Yellowstone KOA. We got breakfast three times at Ernie’s. The breakfast burrito was very filling and amazing. The chocolate croissants are to die for, they were one of the highlights from our trip. We have told so many people to stop by and grab your box lunches and croissants before you go into the National Park.

I was in West Yellowstone in October 2024. Ernie’s will be a life saver. My goto for the park, the Turkey and cheese wrap really hit the spot. Fresh ingredients, tasty and filling. Ernie’s has everything and opens early morning at 0700. Yes, they’ll make you a wrap early. Super friendly staff and quick service. They fed me for two days straight while hiking long hours. Ernie’s Rocks!!!
